We build quality math education programs through collaborative partnerships that drive greater social justice.

We envision a just, equitable world shaped by quality math education.

1.We have three goals related to our programs: (1) a portfolio of activities for teachers to learn–apply–lead; (2) a framework to assess partners’ compatibility; and (3) tiered service delivery model.
2.We have three goals related to our team: (1) equitable, comprehensive compensation, (2) staffing that supports effective program implementation, and (3) robust tools for staff to be successful.
3.We have two goals related to our resources: (1) a diverse revenue portfolio composed of foundation, corporate and individual donors; and (2) a multi-channel communications plan.
