THE KENTUCKY FOOTBILLS THERAPEUTIC HORSEMANSHIP CENTER IS DEDICTED TO IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF INDIVIDUALS WITH PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND DEVELOPMENT DISABILITIES. THIS WE DO BY FACILITATING THE EXPLORATION OF THE AGE-OLD RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HORSE AND HUMAN. THIS IS DONE IN A MANNER WHICH ACKNOWLEDGES NOT ONLY THE SPECIAL NEEDS BUT THE SPECIAL ABILITIES OF EACH RIDER.
