Mission

The Latinas On the Verge of Excellence - L.O.V.E. Mentoring Program empowers young women to identify their innate strength to fulfill their personal and professional goals through mentorship and health education targeted at mental, reproductive and physical health as well as college and career readiness.

The Latinas On the Verge of Excellence - L.O.V.E Mentoring Program believes that young women can do absolutely anything they set their minds to.

Goals

1.Make L.O.V.E. a required, recurring health class for all young women in NYC middle and public high schools. This will ensure we are creating the largest impact possible.
2.Strengthen the existing long-standing partnerships with our partner schools to offer our health education and mentorship support to all female-identifying students within the schools.
3.Expand our services and develop L.O.V.E. community-based programs to provide direct services to young women in the community that are not part of our school-based programs.
