Mission

Dogs and Cats of the Dominican Republic's mission is to significantly improve the health and well being of the animals of the Dominican Republic. This mission is being accomplished through a 4 prong approach which includes free spay/neuter clinics, free emergency vet care provided to street animals and those animals owned by impoverished Dominicans, fostering and adopting out needy animals, and through our Community Outreach program where we provide free preventive medicines and care to needy animals.
