PROVIDE FOOD, HOUSING, MEDICAL CARE, AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND MISCELLANEOUS OTHER NEEDS FOR THE ORPHANAGES AND ORPHAN CHILDREN. TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES ADOPTING CHILDREN FROM ORPHANAGES.
