1.We strive to accept 100% of qualifying nonprofits who apply to become PBPO clients. In order to meet the increasing demand for our services, we continue to actively recruit and expand our attorney volunteer engagment and also make strategic decisions about our internal capacity to meet this demand. We are constantly assessing and tweaking our program to be as efficient and effective as possible.

In order to maintain and provide high quality legal services with limited resources, we must invest in our capacity, both from an administrative and program perspective. As part of our strategic plan, we are reviewing and revising our financial policies, volunteer recruitment and engagement, and financial support and revenue streams.
