BHI’s goal is to increase equitable healthcare coverage and access for the most marginalized populations, and to empower partners around the world with the resources and facilities necessary to deliver high-quality services to the patients they serve.

1. 1.BHI is finalizing a comprehensive strategic planning. One priority is creating clear, present, & evolving organizational priorities & growth goals that are driven by & hold true to the mission.
2. 2.Build, sustain, and expand the capacity of a diverse international team that aligns with BHI's mission and goals, placing an emphasis on development, training, and knowledge transfer.
3. 3.The final strategic priority is to strengthen communication across the organization that builds a culture of community, accountability, adaptability, and trust.
