Mission

Out in Tech unites the tech community. We do this by creating opportunities for our members to advance their careers, grow their networks, and leverage tech for social change. To ensure all are seen and heard in the defining sector of our time, we: - Inspire passionate youth to explore tech through Out in Tech U - Support global grassroots activists with Out in Tech Digital Corps - Host 300+ events annually to bring people together from around the world

Vision

We envision a tech industry where every person is empowered, well represented, and has full agency, from intern to CEO. We believe this will lead to: - Equity and belonging for all underestimated groups (centering women and people of color); - Innovative new ideas, products and platforms; and - A more just future.
