THE TULSA DEBATE LEAGUE ("TDL OR "THE LEAGUE") WAS FORMED TO FOSTER AND SUSTAIN DEBATEPROGRAMS IN TULSA PUBLIC SCHOOLS ("TPS") AS A MEANS OF INCREASING THE LITERACY, CRITICAL THINKING, AND SPEAKING SKILLS NECESSARY FOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION AND COLLEGE READINESS.
