Vision

We promote justice and champion value for survivors of injustice by partnering with a Ugandan + female led NGO and using best practices in the fields of poverty alleviation and trauma informed healing to come alongside 3,500 vulnerable women in rural Uganda to see long term sustainability, community development and deep healing as they are given empowerment and resources to change their lives and communities. We champion value for those that serve them around the world by offering coaching + retreats to leaders of other nonprofits that fight injustice. In this way, we keep nonprofits working and healthy to do the work of injustice by offering desperately needed support and community to those suffering from secondary trauma and training new leaders in best practices.

Goals

1. 1.One of our greatest strategic goals over the next 3 years is to expand to serve the 4,500 moms on our waiting list (in addition to the 3,500 moms we already serve). Of our 3 Circles of Sustainability (Care, Community Development and Core Empowerment) - the waiting moms REALLY need Literacy Centers started and funded so they can be empowered.
2. 2.Provide clean water for all villages that are still in need. Approximately 150 wells still needed.
3. 3.Start a secondary and vocational boarding school for the children of our moms
