Empowered families develop their potential to break the boundaries of exclusion and poverty and take action to change by promoting a just society based upon solidarity.

Goals

1. 1.Increase annual revenue of C4WF from $926,954 to 1,000,000. Our goal has been to increase our fundraising efforts to at least a million dollars to be sustainable and work towards keeping more than $300,000 in our bank account at any given day. Financial stability and sustainability will not only increase our ability to support the work in Quito, but increase our ability to raise more funds.
2. 2.Raise at least $250,000 (25%) from organizations (foundations, parishes, schools, and corporations) to ensure diversification of funding sources and financial sustainability. As our funding sources become more diversified, the health and sustainability of our organization grows. This contributes to the work in Quito, and ensures that it continue, but also increases our ability to raise more funds.
3. 3.Host at least 7 visiting groups and 5 year-long volunteers in 2024. The future of our organization and ability to create awareness and connections with supporters is heavily dependent on new people visiting The Center and giving a year of service to our mission. These activities create lifelong lovers of our mission, and help sustain and grow our mission on a practical, daily level.
