Mission

In order to ensure that low-income families have access to specialized PreK-12 education, OSF works with eligible families to reduce the gap between what they can afford and what is best suited for their child. Children from all backgrounds are helped by our program, including those struggling with educational needs, bullying, behavioral challenges, learning disabilities, and substance abuse.
