Timoteo Philadelphia Inc.

Mission

Timoteo Sports is dedicated to serving youth aged 5 to 18 across Philadelphia. We have used sports such as flag football, basketball, and volleyball as a platform to engage, mentor, and empower both young men and women. While our programs provide essential recreational opportunities, our mission goes beyond just sports. We are committed to offering holistic support, integrating faith-based teachings, academic enrichment, career development, mentoring and counseling.

Vision

By fulfilling our mission, Timoteo aspires to create a future where every young person, regardless of background, is empowered to reach their full potential. We envision a generation of confident, resilient leaders who are equipped with the skills, values, and support to succeed in life, both on and off the field.

Goals

1.Increase Program Reach: By expanding our mentoring services to additional High Schools. Many schools in high-poverty areas face resource shortages, and expanding our services will help fill the gap by offering mentorship, academic enrichment, and recreational opportunities.
2.Strengthening Partnerships: Collaborating with local businesses, community organizations, and schools to leverage resources and create more opportunities for youth.
3.Investing in Staff Development: Ensuring that our team has the necessary tools and training to provide high-quality mentorship, guidance, and support for the growing number of participants
