Goals

1. 1.We access how successful we have been at implementing set metrics for each program. We ask if the work we are doing aligns with our mission and whether we have the resources needed. Then if we can reasonably compile the resources that would be needed to cover the considered work.
2. 2.Set a goal for revenue needed and apply for grants and fundraising campaigns to meet goal. Carefully adhere to budget set each year. Find ways to scale back expenses to stay within budget.
3. 3.Continue to network with other organization doing similar work to amplify our mission of creating safe welcoming spaces in our community. By cultivating partnerships we strengthen our work and our partners work and benefit the vulnerable community members we all are committed to help
