Because of the higher rates of unemployment worldwide, donations got severely decreased by 50% at least in the past 2 years.

How COVID-19 impacted the organization's delivery of programs:

Shortage in staff, resources, and logistics delayed most of the programs on sites. However, we strive to deliver as much we could to save more lives in Syria and Turkey

How this organization adapted to changing conditions caused by COVID-19:

We reduced the number of interactions with beneficiaries, applied all CDC regulations and recommendations for COVID at camps and service offices, and switched to remote meetings over Zoom.
