(SJHI) WAS FORMED OUT OF THE NEED IN THE GREATER NEWARK SERVICE AREA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IRONBOUND SECTION, A NEIGHBORHOOD WITHIN THE CITY OF NEWARK, TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTIVE AND PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE TO MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED AND VULNERABLE POPULATIONS, TO A LARGE EXTENT, INDIVIDUALS OF HISPANIC/LATINO ORIGIN.
