Vision

The Salt River Wild Horse Management Group envisions a future where the Salt River wild horses thrive in harmony with their natural environment, safeguarded as a living symbol of freedom, resilience, and heritage. We are committed to preserving the beauty and balance of the Salt River ecosystem through humane, science-based management practices that protect the horses while respecting the land, wildlife, and community that share it. By fostering collaboration, public stewardship, and education, we aim to ensure that these majestic wild horses remain wild and free for generations to come.
