A world where every high school grad can direct their own future with confidence.

Goals

1. 1.Expand our Future Center model to additional North County San Diego high schools, building on our presence at seven high schools and one nonprofit partner across San Marcos, Escondido, and Oceanside. We will increase access to coaching, skill-building, and employer engagement so more students graduate with a clear postsecondary plan for college, career training, military service, or employment.
2. 2.Expand our network of community and employer partners by 25 percent over the next three years to strengthen the real-world experiences available to students. These partnerships allow us to connect students with industry professionals through career chats, company visits, networking events, mentorship, and profession-based learning opportunities.
3. 3.Strengthen our organizational capacity and long-term sustainability by diversifying revenue sources and deepening relationships with donors, corporate partners, and foundations. Over the next three years, we will pursue new funding streams, including public workforce grants and corporate partnerships, while strengthening internal systems that support sustainable growth and financial stability.
