The J Atterby Fields Foundation, founded in 2016 as a 501c3 nonprofit in Los Angeles is here with a mission to Kinect and Enrich. Building Lives, Unity and Economics, to create sustainability within lower income communities is our goal. Working together with community partners we give access to education programs and resources that promote fitness in all aspects for a healthier lifestyle, while focusing on health disparities and other social determinants that cause preventable diseases.

At Kinect and Enrich, our strategic vision centers on building healthier, more resilient families and communities. We are expanding access to our proven Kinect and Enrich programs to reach even more underserved families, developing innovative new workshops that address emerging challenges like climate resilience and environmental health, and strengthening our organizational capacity to ensure long-term sustainability. Through these goals, we remain deeply committed to keeping families together, empowering them with practical skills and resources to thrive across generations. A future where every family, regardless of income or background, can thrive together—healthy, connected, and equipped to build lasting legacies of wellness, resilience, and opportunity.

Goal One: Our goal is to expand our Kinect and Enrich programs to reach more underserved families, providing holistic support that advance lifelong mental, physical, and financial wellness, and helps build resilient, thriving communities. This goal focuses on broadening the reach of our Kinect and Enrich programs to empower more families with tools for health, wellness, and financial resilience.

Goal Two: We continue to develop new workshops addressing climate resilience, environmental health, and sustainability, empowering families to protect their well-being and nurture healthier futures for the next generation. We have created community-driven workshops on sustainability, fitness, and environmental health to protect families and future generations.

Goal Three: We are focused on enhancing our organizational capacity through staff development, technology upgrades, and strategic partnerships to deepen impact, improve service delivery, and ensure sustainable growth. Strengthening our team, technology, and partnerships will deepen our impact and sustainably serve the growing community needs.
