Mission

We are a nonprofit based in Aurora, NE offering education, community, and delicious food. Through our leadership programs, conference and retreat center, coffee shop, and catering, we create moments that matter for our clients and guests. Our ultimate goal is to inspire and enable community building at every level.

Vision

The Leadership Center 10 Year Vision: The Leadership Center will be the first choice for delicious food, versatile event spaces, transformative employee development, and vibrant community activities. Our financial stability will empower us to invest in significant property improvements, ensuring that our facilities reflect the high standards of our services. D4LC 10 Year Vision: We will be the ultimate resource for CTSO’s and youth organizations throughout the Midwest. Espressions 10 Year Vision: Espressions is a thriving community hub.

1.At TLC: •Collect $130,000 in grants and donations in 2025 •Serve 52 groups of 25+ people lunch in our building •Cater to 24 businesses •Expand our audience at our major fundraisers. •Complete a new TLC Handbook and an SOP guide
2.D4LC: •Double 2024's gross revenue for 2025 •Give 3 keynotes •Teach 70 days/groups this year >> Upped to 85 •D4LC Manager Confidently knows/is hired by 3 CTSO state advisors •Grow social following to 1000 on Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn combined •Consistently release content •Have 425 unique website views/month
3.Espressions: •Do $175,375 in gross revenue ($575 daily average) •Begin searching for 2nd full-time staff member •Have 900 participants in the shop for clubs/activities/programs (75/month) •See 35 total “club” meetings led by community members
