Vision

We design our programming to pursue the end of homelessness in our area. Believing in the dignity of every individual, we work to meet the needs of every single adult experiencing unsheltered homelessness, and to help them navigate the path to housing.

Goals

1. 1.We have placed a focus on the implementation of diversion efforts to resolve housing crises during the first 72 hours after individuals’ housing is lost. The primary goal of diversion is to assist individuals by identifying safe housing options, connecting them with the services and resources necessary to avoid entering shelter or experience unsheltered homelessness.
2. 2.The Campus Master Plan is designed to guide the physical development of the campus, addressing current and future needs to enhance the service delivery and experience of clients. The master plan aims to create new outdoor gathering spaces to promote well-being, encourage community engagement, and provide clients with a supportive environment that aids their journey toward stability and success.
3. 3.We will continue partnering with CommonSpirit to operate our Medical Respite pilot financially through 2025, ensuring sustained resources for its success. Our goal is to maintain the program’s at a regular capacity of 25 clients, providing consistent, high-quality services and maximizing the impact on the communities we serve. We also aim to boost our acceptance rate in connection with this goal.
