REFUGEES HELPING REFUGEES (RHR) IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION IN ROCHESTER, NY THAT SERVES REFUGEES OF WESTERN NEW YORK. RHR SEEKS TO FOSTER THE GROWTH, SELF-DETERMINATION, AND SELF-RELIANCE OF ROCHESTERS REFUGEE COMMUNITY BY MAKING THEM AGENTS OF THEIR OWN ADVANCEMENT.
