Vision

Persevere is a national 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to reducing recidivism, countering the disproportionate effects of poverty and crime among BIPOC communities and youth, and empowering justice-involved men and women to succeed as productive members of society.

Goals

1. 1.Committed to expanding the reach and impact of its behind-the-walls and reentry programs while strengthening initiatives that support individuals in high-poverty, high-crime areas. By providing education, employment opportunities, and wraparound services, Persevere empowers justice-impacted individuals, including youth affected by the juvenile justice system, to achieve long-term success

By strengthening infrastructure, expanding funding sources, and enhancing operational efficiency, we aim to build a resilient framework that supports sustainable growth. Through strategic investments, we empower our team, advance innovation, and increase our impact in communities nationwide.
3. 3.Persevere is committed to expanding community programs, increasing geographical reach, and broadening the populations we serve to prevent incarceration and violence. As crime intervention remains a priority, we are collaborating with partner organizations to develop new initiatives and services that support the most at-risk individuals, fostering safer, more resilient communities.
