Mission

Our mission is to provide financial assistance to KBP employees, as well as their significant others or family members, during times of need. Through our grant program, we step in when crises occur with housing, natural disasters, funerals, serious illness or injury, dental care, transportation, domestic violence situations, and other extreme circumstances. Our goal is to offer relief and stability, ensuring that members of the KBP Brands family have the resources they need to navigate life’s most challenging moments.

Vision

The need addressed by KBP Cares is the financial hardship that employees of KBP may face when unexpected crises arise, preventing them from being able to pay for their basic living needs. This program recognizes that basic needs, such as food, shelter, clothing, transportation, and utilities, are fundamental to the well-being and stability of employees and their families.

Goals

1.Create housing driven program to assist individuals experiencing homelessness and emergency assistance to prevent loss of housing.
2.Invest in new application system to increase volume of applications. This new system will be mobile friendly, easy to use, and improve accessibility for Spanish-speaking applicants.
3.Increase funding through grant-seeking. This will allow us to expand our existing programs and help us to achieve our goals for implementing new programs to meet the needs of the population we serve.
