Mission

Founded in 2014, Star-C is now celebrating a decade as an Atlanta nonprofit organization with a mission to reduce student transiency in under-resourced neighborhoods by providing wraparound services to children and families residing in in affordable apartment communities. In this way, we can stabilize communities, improve outcomes at nearby schools, and create healthier neighborhoods.
