Vision

JOIN Orlando ensures the long-term continuity, vibrance, and connectivity of Jewish life across Central Florida. Reach: Scale the Men’s, Women’s (SPARK), and Teen (JSU) Divisions to connect unaffiliated local families to their heritage. Identity: Move participants from social connections to active text-based learning, holiday events, and heritage trips. Leadership: Cultivate leaders via hands-on chessed programs like Ladles of Love. Travel: Scale immersive journeys to Israel and Poland. Sustainability: Build a resilient foundation via corporate sponsors, CRM systems, and peer fundraising.

Goals

1. 1.Expand Multi-Generational Reach: Increase annual community engagement across three core demographics by expanding the scope of the Men’s Division, the Women’s Division (SPARK), and the Teen Division (JSU). This initiative aims to reach and connect previously unaffiliated families in the greater Orlando area to their heritage.
2. 2.Deepen Jewish Identity and Literacy: Enhance educational offerings to transition participants from initial social connections to active, ongoing participation in text-based learning, holiday celebrations, and heritage trips. This addresses a growing community need for deeper, substantive cultural and literacy-driven engagement.
3. 3.Foster Leadership and Volunteerism: Scale active volunteer networks and cultivate community leaders through hands-on chessed (kindness) initiatives like Ladles of Love. This program empowers local members to take direct ownership of communal responsibility and expand our neighborhood impact.
