1.We aim to reach 50,000 low- and moderate-income workers across at least 60 active employer partnerships by December 2028. We will continue to refine our business engagement process allowing for consistent expansion of aligned business partnerships across the U.S. and use technology to remove barriers to access, driving high employee usage of services.
2.WorkLife's 'People Advantage' job quality practice is effectiving change at companies across the country, systematically creating better working condistions for workers in the U.S. Intelligence gathered by proximity to ALICE (asset limited, income-constrained employed) populations will inform job quality consultation and national contributions (policy & practice) on the future of work.
3.We aim to build organizational capacity through a sustainable social enterprise model by scaling operations smartly, strengthening business development, and generating predictable earned revenue. Philanthropic support will be used stratetically to fund innovation, technology, staff development and pilot programs/strategic growth initiatives that expand our long-term impact.
