Vision

To create a self-sustaining program to meet the growing need for Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia (ADRD) support until a cure is found.

Goals

1. 1.The need for support for caregivers is growing as dementia diagnosis increases. Therefore, the goal is to maintain current programs that are providing support while assessing where the need is growing and increasing capacity in those programs. For example, our most recent assessment shows an increased need for programs and education for early memory loss or Mild Cognitive Impairment.
2. 2.We are currently working on onboarding a Development staff member to help us establish a planned giving program and increase our individual donor program. As the need grows, we will need increased cash flow to meet this growing need. The goal is to on board a development professional to help us increase our revenues so that we can increase our programming referred to in Goal 1.
3. 3.As mentioned in the previous goals, the need for caregiver support is increasing as dementia diagnosis increases. We are looking to implement new programs that allow for community development and education about Dementia. For example, we are planning to implement a yearly Law Enforcement and First Responder Train the Trainer training to prepare first responders on how to respond to Dementia.
