Vision

We envision a future in which mothers no longer give birth in the dark, in which children no longer study by the light of noxious, polluting kerosene lamps, in which people living with disabilities can have brighter futures, and in which the elderly no longer suffer from isolation in un-electrified, off-grid rooms. Together, we have the power to brighten our future, reducing energy poverty and taking climate action.

Goals

1. 1.780 million people live without electricity. Energy Access must be included in care packages for elders, mothers, students, and people living with disabilities to support health and well-being.
2. 2.We work with midwives to implement a maternal and infant health project that provides new mothers with a solar light to support infant health and safety in the home after the critical birth event.
