Mission

The Northern California Bodhi Dharma Society seeks to help others pursue the fundamental objectives of innate healing, mindfulness, and inner peace by teaching select and effective meditation techniques to the public. The Organization seeks to serve and benefit the community by teaching and promoting meditation as a tool for improved mental and physical health within individuals and the society at large. The Society provides an active and peaceful learning environment and offers education meditation materials, retreats, and drop in sessions to students from all backgrounds and all corners of the globe. It is the mission of the Society to educate and support others in their journey towards self-development, spirituality, and freedom from suffering, to promote harmony, and to contribute to a more compassionate and peaceful society.
