Vision

A world in which moral courage is practiced, publicly valued, and leveraged to protect freedom. Through our mission we strive to inspire moral courage in defense of fundamental human freedoms.

Goals

1. 1.Strengthen program excellence by advancing family advocacy, research, and policy reforms to free unjustly detained Americans, while expanding safety tools, curricula, and advocacy to protect journalists and support their ability to work freely and safely.
2. 2.Build capacity by strengthening fundraising and stewardship of key assets while advancing organizational agility through strategic planning, improved collaboration tools, expanded staffing, enhanced communications, and effective engagement of volunteers, interns, and fellows.
3. 3.Cultivate key partnerships by collaborating with universities, NGOs, pro bono experts, the public, and funding partners to expand capacity, secure advocacy resources, broaden engagement, and scale the Foley Foundation's programs and impact.
