ON THE RISE IS A LICENSED TREATMENT FOSTER FAMILY AGENCY WITH OFFICES LOCATED IN BARSTOW AND VICTORVILLE, CA. THE ORGANIZATION WAS FOUNDED ON THE BELIEF THAT CHILDREN AND FAMILIES DESERVE THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE. ON THE RISE RECRUITS, TRAINS AND CERTIFIES FOSTER PARENTS TO ASSIST CHILDREN & FAMILY SERVICES IN MEETING THE NEEDS OF ABUSED AND NEGLECT CHILDREN THROUGHOUT SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY.
