Vision

The All-Stars Club’s vision is to continue to expand to meet the needs of families in the communities it serves, providing first-class experiences for individuals with special needs that offer opportunities to have fun, stay active and meet new friends, all while giving their parents and caregivers a night of rest. The All-Stars Club is growing quickly and sees its clubs expanding and impacting families in communities across the nation.

Goals

1. 1.The All-Stars Club plans to continue to promote its easily replicable program in new areas to provide the same model of respite care to individuals with disabilities and their families in other communities. This model of partnering with churches is cost-effective and offers a unique mix of venue capacity, built-in volunteers and often a database of families who could benefit from having a Club.
2. 2.The All-Stars Club will continue to improve its capacity to support sustainable growth. Recent investments include: Volunteer leadership development: the organization relies on volunteers and builds teams with intentionality at each club to ensure a consistent, successful and safe program RockRMS: an event management software that helps the All-Stars Club manage and maintain locations effectively
3. 3.The All-Stars Club advocates for the special needs community, particularly within the Faith community/churches, by demonstrating success and encouraging more churches to provide special needs programming to families. Many churches desire to have a special needs ministry, but lack experience and knowledge. Only about 15% of churches currently have such programming (The Gospel Coalition).
