Goals

1. 1.Complete the InspireDR Community Center to expand access to free Computer Literacy, ESL, Entrepreneurship, and Career Readiness programs for youth and the greater Cabarete community, creating a safe space where participants can build practical skills, improve employment opportunities, and prepare for long-term personal and professional success.
2. 2.Strengthen InspireDR’s organizational capacity by improving operational systems, staff development, technology, and sustainable revenue initiatives to support long-term program growth, donor engagement, and the successful operation of the new Community Center.
3. 3.Advance advocacy efforts that promote equitable access to education, life skills, safe community spaces, and economic opportunities for youth and families in Cabarete, while raising awareness about the importance of positive mentorship, community development, and long-term investment in local youth.
