Mission

We rescue special needs dogs and cats and give them their best lives. This includes blind and deaf dogs, or those with extraordinary medical needs. Speak! takes in special needs animals and provides veterinary care while they search for their forever home. We also provide education around inappropriate breeding that causes deaf and blindness in double merle dogs.
