To reduce U.S. gasoline use faster, more efficiently and more fairly through data and analysis, storytelling, policy, and partnerships.

Moving America beyond gasoline before 2040.

1.Reshape the national narrative on EVs around fuel savings ﹣ Produce nationally relevant thought leadership pieces highlighting pathways for leveraging fuel savings to accelerate cuts in gasoline reduction, and developing and testing targeted consumer engagement campaigns focused on cost savings messaging.
2.Deepen research on consumer gasoline consumption and vehicle choice to design optimal strategies for identifying and converting Gasoline Superusers (drivers in the top 10% for gasoline consumption in the U.S.) with the highest propensity to purchase EVs.
3.Target policy interventions in key states and at the federal level﹣ Spur governments to adopt policies supporting Gasoline Superusers in making the switch to EVs, and building strong coalitions of diverse in-state partners to drive Superuser-friendly EV policies.
