We envision a future free from domestic violence, where survivors have access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to heal, thrive, and reclaim their lives. By addressing the root causes of abuse, homelessness, addiction, and poverty, we aim to create a safer, more empowered community—in Sussex County and beyond.

Goals

1. 1.What Is Your Voice, Inc. is scaling proven housing and supportive service programs to meet growing demand in Sussex County. Our expansion focuses on increasing capacity, strengthening infrastructure, building partnerships, and diversifying revenue while maintaining trauma-informed, survivor-centered care.
2. 2.What Is Your Voice, Inc. supports its workforce with training, supervision, and wellness resources to prevent burnout and ensure service quality. By investing in staff capacity and infrastructure, we strengthen long-term program effectiveness and client outcomes.
3. 3.By 2026, What Is Your Voice, Inc. plans to expand workforce development and community advocacy. We aim to equip staff with advanced training and resources to collaborate with local partners, improve access to housing, healthcare, and support services, and strengthen coordinated care for survivors.
