A community where every adult living with serious mental illness, substance use, or both can access support without barriers, build stability, and live with dignity, purpose, and connection.

Goals

1. 1.Expand access to Northern Hope Center’s drop-in services by increasing capacity, peer support coverage, and basic needs supports. Strengthen outreach and referrals to housing, benefits, and care to reduce isolation and prevent crisis escalation.
2. 2.Focus resources on core drop-in and peer support services that directly reduce isolation and support stability. Scale back activities that do not align with mission impact, compliance needs, or measurable outcomes.
3. 3.Strengthen Northern Hope Center’s internal capacity by improving financial systems, management structure, policies, and staff training. Upgrade technical tools for documentation, reporting, and compliance to support stable operations and growth.
