The Roanoke Cultural Endowment's Mission is to cultivate a legacy of stability, engagement, and vitality for arts and culture in the City of Roanoke through advocacy and grant making. Through a strategic partnership with the City of Roanoke, the Roanoke Cultural Endowment will provide a sustainable source of revenue for arts and cultural organizations in the City of Roanoke.
