1.Grow our Pathway to Healthier Living through increasing partnership with local food banks, farm gleaning programs, and faith communities. The Resident Services Coordinators are also trained in assisting residents in applying for entitlements such as SNAP, Medicaid, and Medicare.
2.Organizational Structure: Improve internal structures to achieve the organization’s mission and goals.
3.Communications: Focus internal and external communications to strengthen the position of Operation Pathways within NHP Foundation, at each residential site, and across the field more broadly.
