Mission

At Thrive in Joy, we encourage young people to discover their character strengths and the joy of service through programs inspired by the life of Nick Fagnano.

Vision

We dream of a future where all young people are aware of and are confident in their character strengths so they can create positive social change in their communities and beyond. We particularly aim to reduce the opportunity and achievement gaps that young people from under-resourced communities face so we can build a more equitable, just, and joyful society.

Goals

1.Develop a strategy to scale our successful C11 Strength of Character pilot program to every high school that serves under-represented and under-resourced youth.
