Vision

We dream of a future where all young people are aware of and are confident in their character strengths so they can create positive social change in their communities and beyond. We particularly aim to reduce the opportunity and achievement gaps that young people from under-resourced communities face so we can build a more equitable, just, and joyful society.

Goals

1. 1.Develop a strategy to scale our successful C11 Strength of Character pilot program to every high school that serves under-represented and under-resourced youth.
2. 2.Expand staff positions to support the growth of our programs & organization. We need to build a support team to assist the Executive Director with fundraising, operations, & communications.
3. 3.Amplify the legacy and memory of Nick Fagnano, who passed away at the age of 20 in 2014. His unique character had a positive impact on everyone he encountered and his story continues to inspire.
