Goal Two: Umoja Community Education Foundation will expand its Learning Communities to more California Community Colleges, increasing access to culturally responsive education for Black students. By scaling mentorship, academic support, and leadership development, we will enhance retention, degree completion, and transfer rates, ensuring equitable opportunities for student success.
Goal Three: Umoja Community Education Foundation will strengthen its organizational capacity by enhancing financial sustainability, expanding staff development, and improving data-driven decision-making. Investments in technology, strategic partnerships, and professional training will ensure long-term impact, operational efficiency, and the ability to serve more students effectively.
