Mission

The mission of Alianza Nacional de Campesinas is to unify the struggle to promote farm worker womens leadership in a national movement to create broader visibility and advocate for changes that ensure their human rights.

Vision

Our long term vision is a society where farmworker women and their families live, work, and thrive in an environment that is safe, healthy, just and equitable, and where farmworker women are able to contribute to creating this reality.

Goals

1.Ending violence against farmworker women and girls in their homes and personal relationships, in their places of work, and in society as a whole.
2.Advocating for and promoting the adoption and implementation of fair labor and employment standards for farmworkers.
3.Putting an end to the use of toxic pesticides, educating farmworkers about the dangers, how to protect themselves, and what to do if exposed; also promoting the use of non-toxic forms of pest control.
