Mission

Round the Bend Farm, a Center for Restorative Community, is a 115-acre working farm & educational non-profit. We are a living laboratory that educates people of all ages. We are devoted toward hope & abundance by valuing diversity, modeling nature, and redefining wealth.

Vision

Our vision is a restorative community where all are welcome regardless of demographics, working side by side with one another in a HEALTHY, EQUITABLE FOR ALL society, a clean & restored environment, and a planet healed from climate change that is inoculated against a return to the conditions that brought on climate change (and its fallout) in the first place.

Goals

1.To expand facets of our education, farming, and Manifest Love programs that will support all who need access while maintaining the programs' integrities and our teammates' capacities.
2.Strategically diversify our funding sources for a healthy, diverse, strong, and stable financial portfolio that will support our current and future programming endeavors.
3.Strategically grow our team to adequately support our programming.
