THE UNITED ASSOCIATION OF PLUMBERS, PIPEFITTERS AND WELDERS LOCAL 146 WAS FOUNDED ON THE BELIEF THAT TRADESPEOPLE DOING THE SAME WORK SHOULD HAVE A STANDARD WAGE SCALE, BE ABLE TO FIGHT FOR BETTER WORKING CONDITIONS AND IMPROVE THEIR STANDARD OF LIVING.
