Goals

1. 1.Expand Donor Base Through Digital Outreach Goal: Grow individual and recurring donors by leveraging digital channels. How: Launch targeted social media and email campaigns highlighting your mission and outcomes, optimize your website, and use matching campaigns or peer-to-peer fundraising to amplify reach. Why it matters: Broader awareness + easier giving = more sustained funding.
2. 2.Expand operational and program capacity to serve more individuals with autism and their families, while maintaining measurable impact. Rising demand: More families are seeking accessible, inclusive autism supports, with limited options based on funding. Strain on current resources: Existing limited volunteer capacity and infrastructure constrain how many people can be effectively served.
3. 3.Staffing: Hire a part-time program coordinator or specialists; formalize volunteer onboarding and training system. Systems: Implement scheduling, CRM, or participant-tracking tools, and improve data collection for outcomes. Introduce a staffing capacity, a more efficient program delivery model, and improved data tracking, and therefore increase the number of people served and reduce the waitlist.
