Grounded in evidence, this population-scale initiative drives system transformation through government collaboration, advancing education, health, safety, and leadership for adolescent girls.
2. 2.The Becoming Initiative aims to reach 10,000 young people across the U.S. by 2030, fostering leadership, well-being, and future readiness. Grounded in Milaan’s proven model, the program supports underserved youth through strengths-based learning, mental health support, and community partnerships to build a world where every young person thrives.
3. 3.Milaan is committed to strengthening internal organizational capacity to achieve its 2030 goals. This includes investing in people, systems, data, and governance to drive scale, deepen impact, and ensure operational excellence. By aligning strategy with execution, Milaan aims to deliver sustainable, evidence-based programs for millions of young people.
