This involves increasing outreach efforts to target underserved areas, ensuring that the benefits of 4Roots' initiatives reach a wider audience.
2. 2.4Roots is committed to actively engaging with the community to address the challenges of the food system in Central Florida. By actively listening to feedback, evaluating program impact, and staying informed about the evolving needs of the community, 4Roots can create new program initiatives that are responsive and impactful.
3. 3.4Roots plans to invest in the capacity of the organization by offering hands-on learning experiences, hosting conferences and trainings, and providing new job opportunities that help expand its mission.
