The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Our goal is to expand, improve, and grow our rescue program by actively recruiting new foster families and increasing funding to support more animals in need. By strengthening our foster network, we can save more lives and provide specialized care for at-risk animals. Additionally, securing increased financial support will allow us to take on even more difficult and costly medical cases.
Goal Two: We are continuing to develop and implement new programs that directly address the needs of our community. We now offer services such as low-cost spay and neuter, free microchipping, affordable vaccinations, and free nail trims. We aim to promote responsible pet ownership, reduce shelter overpopulation, and improve the overall well-being of pets in our community.
Goal Three: We are committed to investing in new technology, training of our personnel, and financial resources to enhance our operations and expand our impact. By adopting innovative solutions, strengthening our team, and securing sustainable funding, we can improve efficiency, increase our capacity to help animals, and ensure long-term success in our mission.
