Mission

Our mission is to rescue animals who have been abused, neglected or abandoned, giving them comprehensive care as we work to find them loving homes. With a focus on empathy-building and pet therapy, we connect animals in need of refuge with children living in at-risk situations or under-resourced communities. Our goal is simple: To connect the vulnerable and the voiceless in purposeful ways that benefit us all.

Goals

1.As part of animal rescue, we observed a greater need for vet care than we could access, so we opened an Animal Wellness Clinic which includes wellness exams, medical treatments and wellness protocols.
2.We created Beautiful Together Clubs at 3 high schools for youth who wish to volunteer or engage in animal welfare advocacy. Our goal is to expand clubs of 20-35 students each into 12 schools in 2023.
3.Involuntary surrender of pets due to the temporary hardships of families exacerbate the issue of overcrowded shelters. Our Pets & People In Crisis Initiative focuses on keeping families together.
